Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Provides the knowledge and skills to perform CPR in the home or the workplace.
This CPR course is designed to teach the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain breathing and circulation in an adult, child or infant following cardiac arrest.

- Chain of survival
- Assessing the situation
- Performing CPR
- Care of the unconscious person
- CPR in special circumstances
- Infection control procedures
- Reporting procedures
- Demonstrating the use of an automated external defibrillator
- Special techniques for children and infants
Evaluation Method
Ongoing class assessment and a theory assessment

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. To maintain current competency, this course is to be refreshed every 12 months.
