Concessions:
If you are applying for a concession rate - we require a copy of your
concession card.

Prerequisites:
Where applicable - it is imperative that a certified copy of your
prerequisite is attached to your application for enrolment. No process will
be done otherwise.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Course attendance:
It is important that the full course is attended to complete the
assessments. If you are unable to attend any session due to illness or
injury, a doctor's certificate is necessary to transfer your booking to
another date at no cost.

Transfer's:
If we are advised at least 5 days before the course date there will be no
charge. A fee of $20 (Incl. GST) will be charged when we are advised
less than 5 days.

Cancellations:
A full refund will be made if written advise is received a minimum of 10
days before the start of the course. A 75% refund will be made for
cancellations received within 5/9 working days of the course date. No
refund within 5 days of the course
